Proactive Transitions, End of Life Planning
and Bereavement Support
About Me
I am a licensed clinical social worker with a passion for supporting people on their end-of-life journey. I have both professional and personal experience that draw me to this work. Since 2009 I have worked in a range of social services in the greater Seattle area. I also have personal experience from caring for and advocating for my mother through her terminal cancer. These experiences have prepared me to provide compassionate and effective support for people facing difficult times. I specialize in professional guidance for proactive end of life planning, emotional and logistical support for medical crisis, as well as logistical support during bereavement.

“When my dad was diagnosed with late stage, terminal cancer last year, I suddenly became responsible for coordinating his medical care, managing his finances, and getting his affairs in order. Lark was responsive, organized, and compassionate – helping me prioritize in an overwhelming situation, giving me more space to focus on my final weeks with my dad.”
