Stop the Scramble. Start the Strategy.
Expert Geratric Advocacy and Systems Navigation for Seattle Families

My Why
“I’ve been where you are. Even with my clinical background, it was overwhelming.”
In 2019, when my mother was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer at just 62, my world shifted. Despite being a medical social worker, I found myself drowning in the “never-ending logistics” of her care while parenting a toddler and navigating my own anticipatory grief.
We were scrambling to get affairs in order that we thought we had decades to handle. That “trial by fire” taught me a truth that books couldn’t: Even the most capable families need a navigator.
It has been over five years since her passing, and I have turned that profound challenge into a mission. I provide the professional “brain” to handle the logistics and the clinical “heart” to support your grief, so you can focus on being a daughter, a son, or a spouse—not just a project manager.
