Individual Telehealth Appointments

Are you struggling to navigate through grief? You’re not alone. 

I invite you to join me in a compassionate and supportive space designed to help you cope with loss and find healing. I provide a grounded perspective and education about what many experience in the grief process. We will identify together your goals and work towards those goals together. I have years of experience working with people in crisis and facing tough moments. In addition to doing grief therapy work I support people in the end of life planning and logistics process. I draw from my deep professional expertise and also from my own personal experiences with grief to walk with people through this time. I use a warm relational approach and am trauma informed.

I am out of network and do not accept any insurance at this time. I am happy to provide a quarterly super bill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement if your insurance provides this benefit to you. I can only provide therapy services to people who are currently physically in the state of Washington due to my license (LW60348382). My hourly rate is $150/hour and I currently have a handful of openings. I will update this website if I am no longer able to accept new clients.
